Current calculators
Matching details carry across calculators in memory during this visit, including when you navigate to another site page and return. Each calculator uses only the fields it needs. A full reload or closing the tab clears them. They are not written to browser storage or sent to an account. There are no analytics, ads or external media integrations to accept or reject today.
Appearance
Choosing light, dark or system appearance stores fitness-theme on this device. Use the appearance control in the header to change it, or clear site data in your browser settings.
Earlier saved plans
A previous local version could save fitness plans and logs as fitness-device-data. This calculator version does not use that data. You may delete that older copy here.
