The service and who it is for

FitFumble offers calorie, TDEE, BMR, BMI, macro and protein calculators, with explanations of their methods and limitations. The tools are intended for adults aged 18 or over. No account, subscription, paid plan or account-saving service is offered in this version.

Using the website is subject to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. Any mandatory rights you have under applicable law continue to apply.

Educational estimates, not medical advice

Results are general educational estimates based on the values you enter and the assumptions explained on the site. They are not a diagnosis, prescription, guarantee of a health outcome or a substitute for an appropriately qualified professional.

Actual energy and nutrient needs can differ from the estimates. Do not use a calculator to manage an emergency, injury, pregnancy, eating disorder or medical condition without suitable professional advice. The Medical Disclaimer explains these limits in more detail.

Your responsibilities

Enter accurate details, review the units, and read the relevant explanation and limitations before relying on a result. You are responsible for deciding whether a tool is suitable for your circumstances. Do not interpret an accepted input range as proof that an equation is suitable for every person in that range.

Keep your device secure. Calculator entries stay in temporary browser memory and are not a saved health record. If you need a result later, keep your own appropriate record; the site does not promise to recover it.

Permitted use

You may use the tools for lawful personal and educational purposes and link to public pages. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, use it to infringe another person’s rights, or make automated requests that disrupt its availability.

These terms do not restrict activity that applicable law expressly allows.

Website content and intellectual property

Website code, branding and original explanatory material are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Referenced scientific methods and third-party materials retain their own ownership and license terms. A link or citation does not mean FitFumble owns the source or has permission to reproduce it.

You may keep a copy of your own calculator result for personal use. Reproducing or distributing other site material requires permission unless its stated license or applicable law allows it. Do not imply endorsement by FitFumble or by a cited researcher.

Availability and changes

We may correct, update or remove content and tools. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or that the site will always be error-free. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or address misuse.

No account is created, so there is no account-termination process in this release. If the service changes materially, we will update these terms and their date.

Third-party services and links

Cloudflare Pages delivers the website. External source links and the email contact use services operated by others. Their terms and privacy practices apply to those services. Links provide information and do not promise the accuracy or availability of a third-party page.

Advertising is inactive. Optional Cloudflare analytics requires separate explicit permission as described in the Privacy Policy. Any future advertising will require its own implementation and policy review before it is enabled.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Privacy choices explain the current information handling. Reading or accepting these terms does not provide consent for optional tracking.

Disclaimers and limits of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available without a promise that an estimate will be accurate for you or produce a particular outcome. Please report errors to fitfumble.support@gmail.com.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused by relying on a general estimate where individual professional advice was needed, or by third-party services outside the operator’s control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or takes away mandatory consumer or privacy rights.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka to the extent that choice is permitted. If laws in your country give you mandatory protections or a right to use a local court or regulator, this clause does not remove them. We do not require you to waive those protections or agree to compulsory arbitration.
